THERE
IS NO NEED FOR
ANY
COURT JUDGEMENT

A disciple of
Kali cannot become an acarya by the decision of some high court. Mundane
votes have no jurisdiction to elect a Vaisnava acarya. A Vaisnava
acarya is self-effulgent, and there is no need for any court
judgment. A false acarya may try to override a Vaisnava
by a high-court decision, but Bhaktivinoda Thakura says that he is
nothing but a disciple of Kali-yuga.

This quote
reveals the present Calcutta court case very clearly. "A
disciple of Kali cannot become an acarya by the decision of some
high court" this is the GBC program which is one side of
the case. The other side is the IRM program "Mundane votes
have no jurisdiction to elect a Vaisnava acarya. A Vaisnava acarya
is self-effulgent, and there is no need for any court
judgment." There is no need for a court judgement to
force mayavadi demons to accept Srila Prabhupada as their Vaisnava
Acarya. Srila Prabhupada is self effulgent to the sincere soul. Will
a court judgement be able to make all the cheaters who are accepting
these mayavadi's as "guru" sincere in heart, so they are
qualified to accept Srila Prabhupada as Diksa Guru ?
