HARE KRISHNA

The Prabhupada Sankirtana Society (Oldham) is going out most Friday's into Manchester city center with Hare Krsna Food Relief, Harinama Sankirtana and Book Distribution.

By Srila Prabhupada's mercy we are doing between 60 to a 100 plates of Prasadam (Subji, Rice, Dal, Bread, Halava and Fruit juice) to the homeless, the regular shoppers and students etc.

Srila Prabhupada's books are also distributed (10 to 50 books) along with Harinama Sankirtana for 2 to 3 hours.

We would like to humbly encourage all Srila Prabhupada's followers to try establish a similar program in their own local town and village. In this way we can all play our small part in keeping Srila Prabhupada's original mission going on.

So that is one of the process of devotional service, that we should offer very sumptuously to the Lord, and the prasada should be distributed. The Lord is not taking away to His abode, to His kingdom. It is for you. But if you eat and if you distribute that sort of prasada to the public, you are doing great service and the public is getting spiritual consciousness, God consciousness. Just establish, just propagate this everywhere. In the hospital, in the charitable societies, in industrial places, everywhere distribute this prasada and chant this Hare Krsna. Just see what is the result.
